Expected trial result for JMS Jung Myung-seok
Jung Myung-seok's arrest period will expire in April 2023. Therefore, according to the Korean Criminal Law, the first trial sentence will be made in April. Even if Jung Myung-seok extends the trial process as much as he can, if there is nothing special, the final sentence and execution of the sentence will be made before April 2024.
Jeong Myung-seok was sentenced to 10 years in prison and executed the sentence after being tried on the same charges in 2008. Considering that, I expect to receive a similar or heavier sentence to 10 years in prison for committing the same crime shortly after leaving prison.
